For once, a human being going to your Centre can hear the whole truth about their body and health. In the past, we’ve been coddled by some doctors, parents, or siblings and praised by partners and colleagues. Many of us have tried to fool ourselves and avoided the truth about our physical and mental well being. We know we should not smoke. Or drink too much. Or overeat. But we somehow continue to do so, until we walk into the Executive Health Centre and they set us straight.
